Privacy Policy for “Bee Master”
Last updated: June 2025
Thank you for playing Bee Master (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Your privacy is important to us. This
Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information in connection with
your use of Bee Master (the “Game”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to the practices
described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information
- Account & Authentication Data
If you choose to sign in (e.g., via Google Play Games, Facebook Login, or email), we collect your unique
user ID and any profile details you authorize (e.g., username, email address). We do not store your password
(that is handled by the authentication provider).
- In-App Purchases
When you make in-app purchases (e.g., premium upgrades, cosmetic skins), we do not store your full payment
details. Instead, we receive only a confirmation of purchase (e.g., order ID, transaction amount, purchase
date) from the platform (Google Play Store or App Store).
1.2 Device & Usage Information
- Device Identifiers
We collect a unique device identifier (for example, an Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) to identify
your device for analytics, advertising, and fraud prevention.
- System & Performance Data
We automatically gather technical data such as device model, operating system version, resolution, device
language, and performance metrics (e.g., app crashes, loading times) to help us maintain and optimize the
Game.
- Game Usage Data
We track how you use the Game (e.g., which level you play, your in-game actions, session length, virtual
currency balance, and in-game events). This helps us improve features, balance gameplay, and personalize
your experience.
1.3 Analytics & Advertising Data
- In-Game Analytics
We use third-party analytics services (e.g., Unity Analytics, Firebase Analytics) to collect aggregated,
anonymized usage data (e.g., daily active users, retention rates, level completion rates).
- Advertising Identifiers & Data
To serve relevant ads, we may share your device advertising ID with our ad networks (e.g., Unity Ads,
AdMob). We do not share personally identifiable information (name or email) with advertisers.
1.4 Optional Information
- Voluntary Feedback
If you contact our support or submit feedback (e.g., bug reports, suggestions), you may provide additional
information (e.g., email address, screenshots). We use this data solely to respond to and resolve your
inquiries.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Operate & Maintain the Game
We use your device and usage information to keep the Game running smoothly, fix bugs, and optimize
performance.
- Personalize Your Experience
We personalize in-game messages, content recommendations, and promotional offers based on your level,
playing habits, and in-app purchase history.
- Analytics & Improvement
We analyze aggregated usage data to understand how players engage with the Game, to identify areas for
improvement, and to test new features (A/B tests).
- Advertising & Monetization
We use anonymized analytics data and your advertising identifier to serve you relevant (non-personalized or
personalized) ads. You can reset or limit your device’s advertising ID at any time through your device
settings.
- Customer Support
If you reach out for assistance, we use the information you provide (e.g., email, bug details) to respond to
and resolve your request.
3. Legal Bases for Processing (Where Applicable)
Depending on your location and applicable law, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases to process
your data:
- Consent: When you agree to this policy (e.g., by installing/playing the Game), you consent
to the collection and use of your information as described.
- Legitimate Interests: We have a legitimate interest in improving the Game, maintaining
security, and delivering personalized experiences.
- Contract Performance: Processing is necessary to fulfill our obligations to you (e.g.,
processing your in-app purchases).
- Legal Compliance: We may process your data to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We may share or transfer your information to the following categories of third parties:
- Game Platform Providers
Google Play Services to verify in-app purchases, handle
authentication, and manage user licenses.
- Analytics Providers
Services such as Unity Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or Google Analytics for Firebase help us understand
user behavior and track performance metrics.
- Advertising Partners
Ad networks (e.g., Unity Ads, AdMob, AppLovin, Facebook Audience Network) may receive device advertising
identifiers to serve ads. These partners may collect and use data consistent with their own privacy
policies.
- Cloud & Backend Services
We use services like Unity Cloud Save or Firebase Realtime Database to store your game progress (e.g.,
leaderboard scores, cloud-saved data). Depending on your configuration, these services may hold data such as
user ID, in-game currency balances, skins owned, and player settings.
- Payment Processors
For processing in-app purchases, we rely on the platform’s billing system (Google Play Billing). We receive only purchase confirmations, not your raw payment card details.
- Support & Customer Service
If you contact us via email or in-app support, we share your support request data internally with our
customer service team to address and resolve the issue.
All third parties listed above may store, process, and transmit data according to their own privacy policies. We
encourage you to review their policies if you wish to know more about how they handle data.
5. Data Retention & Security
Data Retention
- Game Progress & Settings: We retain your cloud-save data (e.g., progress, skins,
leaderboard scores) as long as your account is active or until you request deletion.
- Analytics & Crash Reports: Anonymized analytics data is retained for internal analysis;
crash logs and performance metrics are stored for up to 24 months to help us diagnose and fix issues.
- Support Requests: We keep support ticket data for up to 12 months after resolution.
Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from
unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. For example:
- Data is transmitted over secure (HTTPS/TLS) channels.
- User credentials are handled by trusted authentication providers; we do not store raw passwords.
- Cloud-save services (Unity Cloud Save, Firebase) enforce encryption at rest and in transit.
- Access to our back-end systems is restricted by role-based controls and multi-factor authentication for
administrators.
Despite these measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your
data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Children’s Privacy
Bee Master is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from anyone under 13 without parental consent. If you are under 13, please do not attempt
to register for the Game or send us any personal information.
- If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without valid parental consent, we
will promptly delete it from our system.
- Parents or guardians who believe that their child under 13 has provided us with personal information may
contact us to request deletion at any time (see Section 9).
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data:
- Access & Correction: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and
correct any inaccuracies.
- Deletion (“Right to be Forgotten”): You can request that we delete your personal data from
our records, subject to legal obligations and legitimate interests (e.g., maintaining purchase history for
tax or legal reasons).
- Data Portability: Where applicable, you may request your personal data in a portable format
(e.g., a CSV of your account info and cloud-save stats).
- Restrict or Object to Processing: You can ask us to restrict or stop processing your data,
subject to certain exemptions (e.g., we must keep minimal data to enforce our Terms of Service or comply
with the law).
- Opt-out of Marketing: If we contact you (e.g., via email) for promotions or updates, you
can opt out by following the unsubscribe link or emailing us directly.
To exercise any of these rights, or if you have questions about your personal data, please contact us as
described in Section 9. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 days).
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (for example, if we add new features, change third-party
services, or modify legal requirements). If we make material changes, we will:
- Post the updated Privacy Policy with a new “Last updated” date at the top.
- If the changes are significant, we may provide a more prominent notice within the Game or via email (if you
have opted in to receive communication).
Your continued use of the Game after the posted “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the
updated policy.
